The world is starving for healthy food.
We see what’s happening. And we’re very concerned.
Modern commercial farming practices rely heavily on unnatural chemical fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and genetically-modified seed.
The result is bigger yields and lower prices. Yes, food is cheap compared to 100 years ago (despite the recent spike in inflation).
But, the cost has been great. Glyphosate (the weedkiller Roundup) is now found in almost all non-organic foods. Chemical runoff from farm soils is polluting our waterways.
It’s not just what’s in our food; it’s what’s not. The nutritional content of most vegetables has fallen precipitously. This is called the “genetic dilution effect.”
Know Your Farmer
Our goal is to be a source of fresh, nutritional food that is grown naturally, sustainably and locally.
We believe it’s important to “know your farmer,” to believe in their growing practices, to know that the food you put on your table is healthy.
And, to see for yourself how things are done. That’s why we extend an open invitation to every customer to take a tour of our farm.
Our Pledge
We will always use natural growing practices. That means no GMOs, no herbicides, no pesticides and no unnatural fertilizers.
We will care for the environment by using sustainable growing practices. That is our pledge to you.
It’s time to go back to authentic food, grown as nature intended. It’s time to go back to the garden.
